I feel this assistant General Manager, Liza Ewend is not appropriate for dealing with people. When we checked out the following morning I realized we were also over charged for the room and the very nice girl at the desk corrected the mistake made by the assistant general manager. The room was freezing cold and the thermostat barely worked. My husband is a 75 year old disabled veteran, And can barely walk. We were given a room practically at the end of the hall room 304. The assistant manager seemed to me to be a bit inebriated and her personality was short and rather rude, except for occasional inappropriate giggling.

The parking lot was mostly empty, no other customers were around. We were told we could not have a room near the elevator as people probably had requested them over the weekend.
